always from her heart

ma is 68 already!
this makes me sad sometimes...
she's really good with her hands - at sewing, cooking, crafting...
& used to be a seamstress - sewed all my new year clothes,
my barbie's clothes, my pillow and bolster cases
i remember her teaching me how to fold my first origami - the crane
when i was a tiny kid of 5
she kept emphasizing, "the corners must meet exactly"
by her standards, a well folded crane was one with a very sharp beak, and wing tips
if these points were blunt, or the whites of the origami paper showing,
it was a very poor crane, and she'ld make me unfold the piece of paper again, and re-fold it.

that's ma, always setting very high standards in whatever she makes.

and finally finally, i'm done with "re-folding" ma's blog
redesigned a new logo, took better pictures,
and got it ready just in time for christmas

do give it a visit!
might give u some ideas for christmas gifts this season!
