somewhere over the rainbow,

way up high
there's a land that i heard of
once in a lullaby

caught a rare sight of an almost full, double bow
whilst enjoying a steamboat dinner with dad, mum & k
really made my day

once on a road trip in melbourne
i saw at least SEVEN rainbows along the way
that really really made my day

have always had an affinity for rainbows, the rain, and sky
raindrops and colour of the sky were inspirations for the facade of the building i am designing

but sadly, although the client accepted my concept
he didn't embrace the manifestation to my greatest disappointment
i'm thoroughly drained
wonder how i am to cough up another design
and how many more rejections i have to be subjected to...

anyways
a rainbow is a symbol of God's promise
guess i'll just have to keep faith that He will provide
